-If you are looking for an honest, up-front quality builder, consider MB Lewis Construction.  I recently contracted to have a new garage built to my specifications. MB Lewis Construction worked with the state, city, and subdivision to meet compliance to all building codes and CC&Rs. 

The on-site team, under the direction of Jeremy Lewis, worked with me to fine tune the final design.  Communications throughout  the construction have been excellent.  I am pleased with the completed garage and highly recommend MB Lewis Construction.

 My Garage 

-After moving into my house, I was on a tight timeline to get a new garage built before the rough Christmas.  I began seeking bids for my new garage and as I dealt with the contractors during this process I learned a lot about each of them.  Some were unorganized, some were late, some were expensive, and some, like MB LEWIS, were organized, on time, priced fairly, and professional.

Early on during the permit stages of the project, we ran into a slight problem with the city in regards to the size of the building and Jeremy of MB LEWIS dealt with it in a calm, friendly, professional way that helped us get through that challenge.  We ended up having to change my original order and MB LEWIS proved his trustworthiness in business by making the changes to the work order.

During the building phase, they kept me informed and never veered from schedule despite some tough weather conditions.  Whenever I had any questions regarding garage specs (where to put windows, doors, type of insulation, light placement, etc) they always provided experienced and knowledgeable guidance.  I got used to having MB LEWIS around my house and their friendliness will be missed.

My garage is finished and it is awesome!  I am getting incredible use out of this beautiful building and I could not make a higher recommendation to someone looking to build a garage.
